The Australian Red Cross briefed us to assess their current site designs they are about to launch – with the focus on creating donation appointments – and give a recommendation of UX optimisation.
The client needed help with the appointment process and briefed us to optimise and enhance the experience.
Looking at the mobile and desktop wireframes, I could identify many inconsistencies and confusing user flows.
I’ve collected the feedback in a UX/UI optimisation report.
The report has a detailed description of mobile and desktop executions, user flow and giving recommendations for improved guidance.
The result in the new site was a great enhancement in design and experience.
