How I work

An introductory call

I can talk with you about your business, what you’d like to improve and how I could help. An introductory call is free and takes 20 minutes.

Agree the scope

I discuss the research, workshop or design work your project needs with you, then we agree what I’ll deliver and the fee before paid work begins.

Research and design

I work with your team and the people who use your product or service. You see the designs as they develop and can try them before committing to a build.

How I can help

Product design

I design user journeys, interfaces and prototypes for new features and existing products, from onboarding to complex dashboards. I work through the detail with your team and developers, using research and testing to inform the design.

AI discovery and workflows

Understand current workflows and AI use, compare opportunities and define a practical first pilot. Start with the AI Discovery Workshop, then scope any deeper research, build and adoption support around what your team needs.

An AI-first approach, grounded in design.

I look at what AI could help with early in a project, alongside the people doing the work and the decision the team needs to make. Research and prototypes let us test the idea against the way the work actually happens and what the tools can reliably do.

I help the team decide where AI is useful, what needs checking and which decisions stay with people. Sometimes a simpler process or a tool you already have is the better answer.

Working together

I work with your team on research, design and testing, sharing the designs as they develop. I can also build small AI workflows; larger builds involve technical partners, with scope and support agreed separately.
