Nando's menu and mobile ordering UX

UX review and interaction design for a more usable menu and mobile food-ordering journey.

Project snapshot

Nando’s menu gave customers plenty of choice, but the customisation model also added complexity for people ordering and for staff handling those orders.

I reviewed the menu structure, pulled apart repeated and redundant sections, and mapped how the ordering flow could become easier to understand.

The concept moved the menu toward a clearer ordering flow, with wireframes exploring how printed menu structure, mobile interaction and future digital ordering could work together.
