AI Product Strategy

Practicia.ai made a broader AI-OS idea concrete through practice-admin workflows, onboarding, dashboards and visible controls.

Project snapshot

Product strategy for a healthcare practice-admin product that made a broader AI-OS framework concrete through a public product story, adaptive onboarding and dashboard direction.

Practicia.ai explored how an AI-supported product could help small healthcare teams manage the admin that sits around care: enquiries, bookings, follow-up, shared inboxes, missing information, therapist availability and reviewable reply drafts.

Professional practices often run on a patchwork of practice-management software, inboxes, calendars, phone messages, forms and informal team knowledge. The hard part is rarely adding another tool. It is making the work easier to see: what needs attention, who owns the next step, which action is safe to prepare, and where a human still needs to make the call.

The work was concept-stage product strategy and prototyping, not a launched product with measured traction. The aim was to make the product idea specific enough to discuss, test, improve and build from.
